The Configuration Management Records Admin is responsible for management of the current electronic engineering change process within TeamCenter, and responsible for maintaining quality data and meeting the configuration management requirements of the business. This position will be key in records management for the site including documentation generated through operations.The candidate will also be responsible for receiving and loading Customer drawings and preparing Customer submittal packages for Change Requests.This is a hybrid position. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.Primary Responsibilities:
Maintain familiarity with Customer Specs, AS9100, MIL Specs and Internal procedures relative to Configuration Management.Assist in the development of Configuration Management policies and procedures to ensure needs of business are documented.Attend Customer and Government Audits of the Engineering Change systemReceive and load Customer documents into Teamcenter databasePrepare Customer submittal packages for Change RequestsLearn the process of retaining drawings, specifications, and process booksMaintain logs for offsite storageRetrieve data from offsite storageQualifications/ Experience Needed:
Typically requires HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experienceU.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contractPreferred Qualifications:
Ability to read and interpret requirements pertinent to CM requirements.Customer facing experience.Experience in defining problems, collecting data, and formulating solutions.Experience in Configuration Management, engineering technology.
