Establishes and maintains service level agreements and is the main point of contact for all service issues. Performs a range of technical assignments and solves moderately complex problems under guidance of established policies and procedure. Contributes to delivery of team goals through personal efforts or through influence over team members.
Job Description
Our Configuration & Integration Engineers work closely with the sales, technical architects, project team members and other internal and external stakeholders to deliver value to our customers by outlining the technical project path for implementation of new features and services. They are aware of latest developments regarding coding language, infrastructure as code, automated tests, continuous development, etc. They communicate difficult concepts and sell the value of our technical expertise during implementation projects.
Responsibilities:
Lead efforts with technical streams of projects during sales and implementation phases.
Coordinates with sales, project team and other team members
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
Technical effort estimations for new projects, including new features and integrations.
Conducts analysis on technical issues encountered during implementations and works with team to implement processes to mitigate reoccurrences.
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Computer Science or other relevant degrees
Nice to have technologies: .Net, Docker, AWS/Azure, Team City
5+ years of experience in technical consulting or technology professional services client facing role.
Ability to work independently while maintaining focus on achieving optimal outcomes as part of a collaborative development effort. A can-do person with a constructive mindset, a team player.
Preferred:
Experience with deployments.
Experience with implementations.
Experience troubleshooting deployment, implementation, production integrations in a technical environment with one or more of the following skills: SQL, Azure , Team City, .NET, C#, Docker, or AWS.
Ability to troubleshoot
