Job Description

　　As a Concessions Supervisor you will oversee multiple concession stands and work closely with your manager and frontline associates leading them to success. Customer service is the top priority of our business as a supervisor it is your duty to teach, train, and empower frontline associates to ensure customers are getting the best possible experience. Ensuring associates are following food safety rules and serving consistently great food.

Alongside a manager who will help coordinate and lead operations, you?ll help oversee staff, collaborate with teammates, and help where needed. 　　Job Responsibilities

　　? Perform daily activities as assigned by the concessions manager.

　　? Ensure food is produced and ready to serve at the beginning and during the duration of the event.

　　? Ensure that food items are stored in a safe, organized, and hazard-free environment.

　　? Maintain excellent food quality according to Aramark standards.

　　? Follow health and safety codes and regulations.

　　? Maintain accurate inventory on a per event, and monthly basis.

　　? Be proactive in solving problems before they occur.

　　? Supervise stand employees; counsel; promote employee growth, efficiency, morale, and teamwork.

　　? Maintain a safe and hazard-free working environment.

　　? Train/mentor food service workers.

　　? Maintain logs on all maintenance required on equipment within the department.

　　? Ensure all food safety/temperature logs are completed with appropriate corrective action, as necessary.

　　? Excel in a fast paced environment.

　　? Limit the amount of food waste produced in assigned locations each event.

　　? Must fill in for absent employees at location when required.

　　? Maintain communication with staff (including office staff, e-mail, phone calls, etc).

　　? May perform stand duties as the need arises.

　　? Provide excellent customer service.

　　Qualifications

　　? Must read, write, and understand verbal instructions

　　? Must complete a sanitation course either before or during first year

　　? Must be knowledgeable in operating an efficient cost-effective program.

　　? Ability to perform basic arithmetic

　　? Maintain emotional control under stress

　　? Ability to resolve interpersonal situations

　　? Strong organizational skills
