In this role, you'll join the Apple Store Online Product management team. You'll be part of the team scoping and implementing online store projects that bridge business requirements with technical solutions. This position requires strong project management and product management skills, business sense and technical curiosity. You will work across many cross-functional teams within Apple and be our liaison with them to ensure alignment and drive the development and execution of processes in support of Apple's Values such as Privacy, Accessibility, and regulatory compliance.

  8+ years experience in Program, Project, or Product management required, preferably in a digital environment. Consumer e-commerce and/or software experience recommended. Strong communication, both at the project level and with senior leadership. Demonstrated ability to communicate well with technical teams. Proven ability to learn technical product concepts quickly. Ability to influence teams and drive accountability without control. Curiosity about understanding organizational priorities, and synthesizing various points of view into strategic recommendations. Comfortable driving accountability to ensure Apple's Values are upheld across all initiatives. Excellent attention to detail. Contribute to an inclusive environment through respecting each others' differences and having the curiosity to learn. Demonstrate Apple's values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities.

  In this role, you will define and develop processes to ensure full review, evaluation and sign-off of all Apple Online Store projects and features for Privacy and Accessibility compliance. You will engage with partners across the company to independently manage the whole process. Report on the status of the process and reviews to the leadership and other partners. You will advise and carry out risk assessment and mitigation plans as needed. You will prioritize issues and manage the details as well as the big picture. You will also drive the definition and implementation of key projects related to the process as well as specific Privacy and Accessibility initiatives of varying scale and different stages of development, with cross-functional development teams. Being able to think on your feet is important, as is the ability to efficiently debate the validity of a given approach to any aspect of the processes or projects.

  Prior experience in Privacy or Accessibility preferred, but not necessary. Technical background is strongly preferred.

  At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $160,700 and $241,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

  Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan. You'll also receive benefits including: Comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, a range of discounted products and free services, and for formal education related to advancing your career at Apple, reimbursement for certain educational expenses - including tuition.
