As a Compliance Manager for Facebook Reality Labs (FRL), you’ll collaborate with a team responsible for driving and documenting the programs that evidence our commitment to privacy.

Compliance Manager Responsibilities:
Champion the overall implementation plan related to Facebook Reality Labs compliance and regulatory requirements and privacy by design initiatives, including deeply understanding our obligations, ambitions, and the associated technical and operational work required. Cultivate strong relationships and identify technical solutions with cross functional partners necessary to drive success, including data engineering, product, software engineering, central privacy, and legal, and collaborate with them to document and communicate key deliverables required and progress against them. Manage complex data, privacy, and social safety compliance programs for Facebook Reality Labs, including risk assessments and safeguard implementation. Develop tooling and automation to operationalize FTC tasks and compliance requirements around internal controls to ensure the company is complying with regulatory obligations. Build and lead operational cadences required across technical and operational teams to coordinate work. Project manage and prioritize technical work based on urgency and complexity. Identify and implement technical solutions and drive innovation to address Compliance and regulatory standards required across Reality Labs product and servicesMinimum Qualifications:
