Description
In this role, you will work directly with government customers, engineering teams, and operational stakeholders to execute and document compliance procedures, deliverables and contracting actions (management of Government contracts to include subcontracts). You will work in a collaborative, analytical, and fast-paced environment and must be comfortable interacting with highly technical cross-functional teams. The candidate must have strong business judgment, dive deep into data, and be comfortable with processing contractual actions. Candidates must be able to Multi-task different business operation tasks within Amazon, commercial industry partners, and Government customers. The best candidates will have deep understanding of prioritization and task completion.
Key job responsibilities
• Serve as a KGS Compliance Officer responsible for the execution, review, and auditing of the Compliance Baseline plan.
• Maintain contract terms and conditions matrix by customer and opportunity.
• Be responsible for development, execution, review, and sustainment (cradle-to-grave) of KGS Contracting activities (domestic and international), as assigned.
• Support proposal development for both Prime contracts and subcontract opportunities.
• Organize and execute contractual documentation for commercial actions (business-to-business) and for Government customers.
• Support contract execution through developing request for proposals/quotes, negotiation positions, documenting trade-off decision for leadership, tracking contractual deliverables, and process contract close-out procedures.
This position is in Arlington, VA. Some travel, both domestic and international, will be required.
Security Clearance: Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance, so you must be a U.S. citizen for consideration.

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or 10+ years working in a Professional Services organization or other consulting industry.
• 5+ year experience working in a Professional Services organization or other consulting industry.
• 4+ years of experience preparing and delivering state of the business documents and presentations.
• 4+ years of demonstrated ability to execute and document business operations. Track, document, and enforce compliance procedures. Manage end-to-end acquisition actions.
Preferred Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience with Contractual Management of a Government portfolio.
• Experience with tracking and delivering on FAR/DFAR compliance reporting.
• 5+ years of Excel experience and the ability to conduct analysis of data and translate the results into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations (Pivot Tables, charts, graphs, etc.)
• Demonstrated experience proactively recognizing a challenge or problem and working with a variety of teams and data sources to diagnose the problem and recommend solutions.
• Experience preparing and delivering state of the business documents and presentations.
• Experience operating with global customers both government and commercial
• Experience with DoD/IC/NASA projects.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence and WorkDocs.
