  Are you a compliance professional with a high attention to detail? This position is within the Regulatory Filings Unit, whose responsibilities include SEC, Foreign and State filings and support of Section 16 insider reporting compliance. The ideal candidate should have knowledge and experience with the regulatory and compliance issues surrounding personal and portfolio trading activity, along with strong project management skills.

  The current EWA for this position is Hybrid and requires your on-site presence on a reoccurring basis as determined by your business. Your manager will provide additional details relative to the specific number of days you are expected to be on-site.

  What you can expect:

  Assist in the preparation of corporate Regulatory Filings including but not limited to 13G, 13F, 13H, Form PF, LM-10 and Form ADV to ensure timely filings.Must be available to assist with regulatory filings due within 72 hours of a triggering event.Help complete Section 16 and Rule 144 filings on behalf of Prudential's Executive Officers and Directors.Creating and maintaining spreadsheets to help with processing regulatory filings.Create agendas for meetings and training documents while maintaining and updating word documents and charts.Leading special compliance projects as they arise and may participate in conducting compliance training.Researching applicable laws and rules over an ever-changing regulatory landscape.Monitoring for compliance with internal policies and procedures to ensure that Prudential does not violate any regulatory restrictions on Prudential's acquisition and/or sale of securities.Aggregating and monitoring companywide portfolio holdings to ensure compliance with the domestic and international laws.

  What you'll need:

  2+ years of Compliance or Legal experienceStrong interpersonal and presentation skills, ability to explain complex policies and procedures to employees at all levels. Ability to be discreet, professional and able to use sound judgmentExcellent oral and written communication skillsHighly motivated and have excellent time management and organizational skills. Be a detail-oriented self-starter able to work on several high priority assignments simultaneouslyProficient in Microsoft applications including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access

  It'd be a plus if you had:

  Bachelor's degreeCurrent or prior Securities RegistrationsPublic company experienceLegal research skills such as Westlaw, Lexis/ Nexis, internet research, etc.

  Note: Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $86,300.00 to $128,400.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance. In addition, employees are eligible for standard benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental and retirement.
