Title:
Completions Manager
Responsible to the Project Manager, the Completions Manager will lead the completions team across all phases and locations.
Key Responsibilities include:
Owner of the CMS (completions management system) tool for tracking the progress against a preloaded set of ITRS by completion stage and the status of punch items and other items as managed in the CMS such as NCR, design changes etc.
Organise notices for walk downs by system in conjunction with construction and commissioning managers subsequently compile walk down packages and issue the Mechanical Completion (MC), Ready for Commissioning (RFC) and Ready for start-up dossiers (RFSU)
Ensure correct flow of red line and as built documentation is entered into the dossiers.
Collate information that is in the agreed content of the dossiers such as spares listings and special tools etc.
Manage the preloading of ITR requirements by system against allocation matrices.
Arrange tag and ITR data flow against system definition into the CMS with the support of the CMS contractor.
Work with disciplines for the definition of all scopes of system definition and manage the master sets and execute change management control over systemisation and ITR allocation
Provide training to CMS users inside and outside the Completions team
Work closely with Construction and Commissioning teams to develop reports in real time on completion status.
Phase 1 Perth office set up activities.
Initial tasks will be to:
prepare and own the completions management procedures list.
Develop documentation – definitions by discipline but organise a system for custody and change control and the tag information from various sources.
Manage the development of processes for data flow and the progressive flow of data into the CMS.
Phase 2 Module Yard set up activities.
From Q2 2024 commence mobilising the module yard completions team, select and onboard local hires and start up the CMS which is to be fully loaded in readiness for fabrication Q3 2024. Subsequently execute applicable activities for completions management during the construction and pre-commissioning phases
Phase 3 Australia Site set up activities.
From Q4 2024 commence mobilising the site completions team, select and onboard local hires and start up the CMS. Subsequently execute applicable activities for completions management during the construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning phases

Education and Experience Requirements:
BSc / B.Eng. Degree in Engineering or HNC in relevant subjects.
Sound background in the development of CMS in the home office to CMS system set up and implementation at site.
Previous experience in the completions management of Greenfield & Brownfield LNG plants / systems.
The successful candidate shall have comprehensive experience in the oil & gas /LNG industries with module yard and Australia site experience preferred.
