Your New Role
WarnerMedia seeks a Compensation Consultant (Design & Analytics) to join the Total Rewards Team. In this role, the ideal candidate will be responsible for providing program design modeling, complex data analytics, data visualization, etc. in support of the compensation consulting team guidance to assigned internal clients and collaborate with HR partners in the planning, development, implementation, and management of compensation programs that support and drive the company's business strategy.
Your Role Accountabilities
Support the Compensation Consulting function in the design, implementation and ongoing management of general or specific programs, initiatives and projects within assigned business unit and/or client groups.Responsible for providing market intelligence analysis, industry specific data assessment and consultation to assigned clients (HR Business Partners / Business Leaders) to inform appropriate solutions.Lead and perform complex data analytics, advanced reporting and development of compensation and workforce planning tools in support of key decision-making and overall insights and efficienciesManage the annual merit, bonus and long-term incentive planning process and communication for assigned clientsCollaborate, contribute to the development and harmonization of programs, plans and processes with Compensation Operations/Strategy team on enterprise-wide initiatives.Build dynamic tools/models to facilitate education on compensation principles, tools and practices to strengthen HR and Talent Acquisition business knowledge of compensation programs and processes.Collaborate with HR, business, HRIS, and Legal as it relates to compensation.
Qualifications & ExperienceMinimum 7-10 years of relevant compensation experienceBachelor's degree - Human Resources, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Accounting, or Business degree preferred; or equivalent work experienceCertified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferredStrong data analytics and visualization skills; process improvementExpert level skill with MS Excel and MS AccessStrong written, verbal, and graphic communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate technical information to varying audiencesAbility to make independent decisions and recommendations based on compensation principles and philosophyStrong communication and organizational skills with a commitment to accuracy and detail.Thorough understanding of compensation practices and trendsAbility to understand and relate to multiple stakeholders from various disciplines within the businessIntermediate to Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with other MS Office programs

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $95,550.00 - $177,450.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
