Job Description

　　Insight Global is looking for a Compensation Analyst to join a supply chain company in the Richmond, VA area. The Compensation Analyst can be remote, if located within the state of Virginia and willing to come on-site for all-hands meetings occasionally. The Compensation Analyst will be responsible for developing and administering company compensation structure and programs. They will analyze current company compensation, market compensation, and make recommendations to the HR team and senior leaders within the company, research alternative solutions, prepare business cases, lead the annual company performance adjustment, work with business partners throughout the business and advise them on compensation packages, and regularly audit the compensation program structure.

　　Skills and Requirements

　　5+ years within compensation

　　Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

　　Experience presenting to senior leaders

　　Strong Excel null
