　　Your New Role

　　Under general direction, this position will assist in the development, implementation, and administration of compensation programs in accordance with guidelines and policies to provide recommendations on compensation issues and proposals. This position will report to the Warner Bros. and Warner Media Entertainment Compensation Lead.

　　Your Role Accountabilities

　　Conduct job analysis, evaluation and salary administration to determine appropriate salary grades, ranges, and pricing based on internal and external equity. Work closely with HRBP and Talent Acquisition teams on proposals for new hire offers, promotions, and adjustments.Participates in a variety of Human Resources and Compensation related analytical projects including the Total Rewards Planning year-end compensation cycleSupport industry market survey submission process for assigned area(s).Review survey results and proactively provide the analysis of market trend and recommendations for any changes in our structure or individual adjustments based on the data Provide market research when needed

　　Qualifications & Experience

　　Bachelor's degree in Business or Human Resources Management or equivalent experience; CCP a plusA minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in compensation Must be able to work in a fast-paced changing environment and be able to use independent judgment for decisions that may not be straightforwardKnowledge of compensation principals, programs, practices Strong technical knowledge of excel required including development of spreadsheets with formulas, functions, pivot tables, lookupsExperience with Workday is preferredAbility to prioritize and handle multiple projects at onceAbility to handle sensitive HR information with high degree of confidentiality and discretionMust be detail oriented with strong analytical skills and be able to present analytical data in an easily understandable formatExcellent interpersonal and organization skills

　　In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $62,797.00 - $116,624.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
