Apply your skills to be a programme owner delivering Intel Ireland's signature community and sustainability projects including in the areas of volunteering and charity programs, for example;
Intel's Matching Grants program awards cash grants to schools, charities, and non-profit organisations where Intel employees volunteer their time. The grants are accrued based on the number of hours that are volunteered by Intel employees at organisations, which are registered as part of the program. The CRS role manages the administration of this program and actively pursues strategies to strengthen and grow Intel Ireland employee participation in the initiative.Intel Involved and Skills-Based Volunteering: Every year a large percentage of our employees across Ireland volunteer their time in the communities where they live and work. In the last 5 years employees have volunteered more than 266,000 hours supporting a variety of community-based initiatives and projects. The CRS role is the owner of the Intel Ireland volunteer program.Signature Charities: Each year, Intel Ireland selects a signature charity, giving employees the opportunity to dedicate their efforts towards providing volunteer time and funds, raised through specially organised activities, to those chosen organisations. The signature charity partnership is delivered by the community relations specialist in partnership with a site charity team.Community stakeholder management: the CRS role is an important liaison to Intel's local communities in north Kildare. A key element of the role is building relationships with community leaders across a spectrum of local interests, engaging with them regularly and looking for opportunities to partner together. Community stakeholder engagement also included some the management of some specific forums such as Intel's 'Friends of the Rye River' group.Sustainability: sustainable operations is a key aspect of Intel's business and here in Ireland that is especially important as run a large and complex manufacturing campus. The CRS role is responsible for managing, leading and generating key sustainability projects for Intel Ireland, with a particular focus on external stakeholder partnership.Communications: The CRS supports the creation of communication materials that enable us to share our story with local stakeholders. This can include video creation, written articles, social media posts and specialist publications such as the local community newsletter and the annual RISE report.Additional key programs: The CRS role manages a number of processes and programs in support of Intel's community relations strategy including complaints management and donations process.
Qualifications
Attention to detail, data analysis, and project management experience.Effective time management skills and the ability to work across organisational boundaries.Excellent problem-solving, oral and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal skills and enjoys collaborative team environments.Ability to work independently and be curious and enthusiastic about new idea generation.Existing knowledge of Intel's business and of our local area is beneficial, but not required.
Qualifications: Level 8 qualification in the area of business, business management, project management, marketing or a related discipline.
1+ years' experience working in a similar role or area if business.

Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
