　　RESPONSIBILITIES

　　As our Community Manager you are responsible for creating and implementing PR& influencer marketing activities within Coty consumer beauty brands in Poland.

　　Your main focus:

　　You will create and implement PR & influencer marketing activities within brand plans to achieve the overall company goals. You will team up with marketing team to promote chosen brands from our portfolio through dedicated relevant PR techniques and tools, as well as effective influencer marketing for Polish market In co-operation with agencies, you will lead the influencer marketing process through solid targeting and benchmark, campaign execution and its post-evaluation based on ROI, including metrics such as buzz value, engagement, reach, sentiment split. You will construct a targeted influencer database for paid & PR activities of our brands You will identify and engage with chosen influencers and build long-term relationship with them

　　The CEE Marketing team consists of nearly 30 beauty industry. You will work closely with the entire local marketing team, customer marketing team, global marketing as well as external stakeholders, for example agencies and influencers.

　　YOU ARE A COTY FIT

　　You are passionate about beauty! As an experienced Community Manager, you will get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse, and international environment.

　　Other than that, you:

　　You have at least five years of experience in brand management/advertising agency/media and minimum 2 years in PR/IM role within mid-size or big beauty company You have a solid beauty PR and IM experience with past successes You understand 360 brand campaigns and the role of IM/PR as one of the touchpoints You are team-oriented, straightforward, proactive with presentation and communication skills Master the English language on a near native level
