  THE POSITION

  FanDuel is looking to hire a Community Impact Manager to join the Responsible Gaming team. FanDuel is committed to driving a positive impact in the communities in which it operates and is proud to support our team of non-profit partners. FanDuel supports a range of local charitable initiatives in communities around the country in which we have offices, partnerships and other operations. This role will be tasked with helping take our Community Impact efforts to the next level. This is an exciting opportunity to join a small team with significant exposure across the organization and help build out the next chapter of Community Impact at FanDuel.

  THE GAME PLAN

  Everyone on our team has a part to play

  Partner with Director, Responsible Gaming and VP Sustainability to evolve and elevate FanDuel's Community Impact program and related strategic initiatives and opportunities.Structure and lead cross-functional projects independently, managing multiple workstreams & internal + external stakeholdersManage year-long Responsible Gaming team reporting needs, including quarterly submissions of key metrics and audit workstreams, for Responsible Gaming and Community Impact areas.Manage internal approvals and tracking process for Charitable Giving donations, liaising with non-profit partners and cross-functional teams.Partner with Director, Responsible Gaming to manage external non-profit organizational partnerships and lead related project management and program launch planning.Own Responsible Gaming team budget management, reporting to team leadership on budget planning and actualization.Partner with Finance team on charitable giving budget management and trackingExamples of initiatives you will lead:Work on building the annual strategy and budgets for Industry Engagement and Community Impact team, with support of the Responsible Gaming team overallCoordinate launch of strategic Community Impact initiatives (e.g., employee matching program)

  THE STATS

  What we're looking for in our next teammate

  Bachelor's Degree requiredMinimum of 4-5 years of experience in Compliance, Community Impact / CSR, Partnerships or other related professional experienceAbility to take broad direction, use initiative, and translate that into well-researched, actionable outputHands-on experience working autonomously to deliver robust business cases, which draw on a mix of hard data and sensible assumptions. Strong numerical proficiency and analytical capabilityStrong interpersonal skills; skilled at influencing and building relationships across the organization at all levelsStrong organizational & project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects at once. Previous experience leading project on complex cross-functional projects is requiredPrior knowledge and interest of sports and technology industries are preferred; ability to quickly develop a deep understanding of the industry and company will be critical to successTechnical competencies in Microsoft suite of products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint as well as interest in designing process tools (such as SharePoint sites).

  The applicable salary range for this position is $100,000- $120,000, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation.

  This role includes flexible time off (including unlimited paid time off for full-time employees) and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
