Responsibilities include: Writing, editing, designing, and providing quality control for staff communications, e-mail
campaigns, and SharePoint management.
Intranet Managemento Ability to build, update, and maintain SharePoint pages.
Project Managemento Strong organizational skills to manage multiple communication projects simultaneously.
o Familiarity with project management tool (Monday.com) or similar track tasks.
o Organizing project meetings and determining project requirements.
o Documenting and distributing project notes to all project team members.
o Effectively and accurately communicates relevant project information to the project team members.
Communication Platform Managemento Experience with internal communication platforms such as Slack, Teams, SharePoint, and MailChimp.
Provide writing and editing support for communication projectso Create content for Support Now newsletter
Develop compelling narratives about Customer and Restaurant Support work that informs and inspires
various audiences.
o Create content for emails, intranet articles, design projects, presentation decks, etc.
o Assist staff with ad-hoc communications as needed
Data Analyticso Advanced understanding of analytics tools (such as Power BI) to measure the effectiveness of internal
communications.
o Ability to build dashboards in Power BI or a similar platform.

As a communications Consultant, you will execute the strategic internal communication processes and platforms for Support.
