Within Global Corporate Affairs at Moody's, the Communications teams are responsible for inspiring and enabling meaningful connections among their stakeholders. The Employee Communications & Executive Visibility team engages employees globally through storytelling experiences to strengthen Moody's culture and brand perception.
Role Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced individual who thrives on supporting and creating unique event experiences that have an impact. You will be joining a new function and therefore will have a chance to help define our employee event experience standard, which will include a framework with processes and policies to help mitigate risk. As the function matures, we want your impact to grow through your ability to complex event program deliverables. Key responsibilities include:
Provide support on end-to-end enterprise employee events that are aligned with our company's strategic priorities and in response to employee feedback. We're focused on creating meaningful opportunities to foster connections among our colleagues, strengthen our culture and drive business outcomes through in-person, virtual and hybrid experiences.Assist in translating broad corporate strategies into event experiences with defined objectives, engaging content and measurable outcomes.Contribute to the creation of a scalable framework that sets a high standard for employee event experiences - this will include supporting the development of collateral, managing reporting and assisting with event logistics to help ensure we execute our work effectively and efficiently.Produce timely deliverables that drive innovation and a commitment to operational excellence.Collaborate with team members to promote best practices and drive consistency throughout our portfolio of eventsAssess industry trends continuously, looking for opportunities to enhance our event experiences.
Qualifications
Undergraduate rising junior (2026 graduate) We are looking for a candidate that has good communication skills, good analytical skills, and a strong ability to collaborate with different groupsExperience with Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Previously experience in the hospitality industry preferred.
For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $28 to $35 , depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for a completion bonus. Moody's also offers insurance and a discounted employee stock purchase plan for limited duration employees.
