  Position Summary:

  As a member of our NetClaim Call Center Team, you will support our organizational goals by creating an exceptional customer experience. Each day you will engage with our customers by phone to capture their insurance related information and ensure they are supported in the manner needed most. With many of our team members fluent in languages beyond English, our Bilingual Communication Specialists have a shared commitment to provide outstanding service that wows our customers and directly influences our outstanding customer retention rate.

  What You Will Do:

  Engage each caller by phone with the utmost responsiveness, care and concernInstill confidence with our customers that their information will be handled appropriately and that their experience mattersFollow a scripted set of questions and ensure each question is addressed and accurately captured in a written reportPay strong attention to each detail to ensure report accuracy and timely submissionsHold all reports in strict confidence, both internally and externallyDemonstrate flexibility as policies, schedules and people you interact with often changeModel our core values.Retain schedule flexibility with 24/7 operation that may change from time to time

  What You Will Need:

  High school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience; Bachelor's degree preferredPassion for making a difference in the lives of othersInspired by creating an exceptional customer experience and strong results orientationA stickler for details!An accurate and minimum typing speed of 35wpm and easily navigate basic technology, like OutlookA commitment to arrive to work as scheduledExcellent verbal and written communication skills and a commitment to collaborate with people effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures

  Each team member is required to have a career plan in place and reviewed with their manager after six months with our team.The starting pay for this role is $15.50 per hour. The starting pay for the Bilingual role is $17.50 per hour.Pay progression is based on performance.
