Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience with supply chain management, including inventory management.
Experience managing programs to improve engineering productivity or related areas such as: engineering or development throughput, automation, capacity, cost, speed, or effectiveness.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in L6 and L10 integration from an engineering or manufacturing perspective.
Experience in operations regards to general assembly and automation technologies.
Experience to deliver results through cross-functional interaction with internal and external teams.
Ability to influence cross-functionally, with excellent communication and discussing agreement skills.
Excellent aptitude and presentation skills, with the ability to operate with flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving, and collaborative environment.
Ability to travel internationally up to 20% of the time.
In this highly cross-functional role, you will be responsible for end-to-end machine learning operations. You will work on machine learning products to enable support for users and creators across channels. You'll be apart of this constantly evolving product suite to ensure that user feedback flows to the stakeholders/Product team and fuels innovation. You will advocate for our users and problem-solve with the internal teams, process suggestions, bugs, abuse, and other product information to ensure we are constantly improving the user experience.
Additonally, you will have end-to-end accountability of vendor performance for which includes, but not limited to overseeing staffing, service level agreement adherence, quality performance, and other operations metrics. You will be establishing the operation at one or more sites and partner with stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and suppliers to make it a success. This role includes overall management responsibility for provisioning and enabling the Vendors to operate as outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW).

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $125,000-$187,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Be responsible for North America and EMEA manufacturing operations for Google's data center infrastructure hardware portfolio in relation to Google Cloud, storage, compute, machine learning, and network technology.
Manage cross-functional activities between contract manufacturers, NPI, engineering, supply chain, planning, quality and production.
Evaluate business risks and improve key performance indicators to enable flexible capacity for our customers needs.
Provide mentoring and feedback to the vendor management team based on key performance indicators and field quality feedback.
Reduce complexity and improve communications between cross-functional teams and platforms by establishing key ownership, identifying roles, and responsibility gaps.
