A Commercial Project Manager (PM) plays an integral role in the success of the overall functionality of Innovative Construction Group (ICG). The PM will be responsible for several key tasks that will help set each project up for success and ensure that it runs smoothly throughout the entire project life. The items for which the PM will be responsible for will include, but not be limited to working with Bid Development Team on project's budget and profitability, Pre-Construction Material Take-offs and Handling, Overall Documentation Development and Processing.

Pre-Bid review of project plansPre-Bid project square footage takeoffRFI Development and Material submittalsManage Labor Pay Applications (Weekly)Manage Contractor Pay Applications (Monthly) Submit and Track Change Orders for each projectUse of Spruce - Point of Sale softwareLien CompliancePerform Construction plan management; ensuring the correct parties receive all updatesAttend Pre-Construction MeetingsInterface with Customers via phone and emailAssist in coordinating Pre-Construction tasksAdd-on jobs/tasks to existing jobs in AppWright Project Management SoftwareReceive and organize invoices from Subcontract labor for approval by management
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Effective organizational and communication (verbal & written) skills are requiredIndependent decision-making skills are requiredAbility to interface with all personnel in a positive, clear, and collaborative mannerProficient at managing spreadsheet data is requiredProficient in MS Excel, Word, Power Point & Outlook is required On-Site Framing Experience preferredConstruction industry experience preferredCommunicate effectively in both written and verbal format.Must be willing to work scheduled and non-scheduled overtime, as needed, to meet deadlines
