  Here's Where You Come In

  Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team providing day-to-day service, new business, and renewal insurance needs for a select group of large, complex accounts with national reach.

  • Ensure teams are adequately trained and workflows are followed.

  • Coordinate a team of Client Account Managers and Support Specialist, to include work assignments and regular communication within the team, commercial lines marketing, and sales producers.

  • Serve as a primary relationship manager and consultant for assigned clients and their insurance needs.

  • Work closely with carriers and facilitating carrier relationships.

  • Coach team members to support achievement of performance standards, goal setting, and professional development.

  Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of insurance experience in an account management role

  • At least 3 years of relevant leadership experience

  • Exceptional customer service skills

  • Strong written and oral communication skills

  • Strong organization and follow-up skills

  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and assume accountability.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with minimal instruction and a high degree of accuracy.

  • Experience in a Broker Management System and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Experience with AMS 360, ImageRight or EPIC preferred but not required.

  • Strong understanding of Insurance Principles and all Property & Casualty lines of business.

  Department Account Management & Service

  Required Experience: 5-7 years of relevant experience

  Required Travel: Negligible

  Required Education: High school or equivalent
