The Account Manager Assistant is responsible for assisting Account Executives and Account Managers with the servicing of tasks in accordance with the practices, policies, and procedures of the Company.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepares certificates of insurance and certificate holders updates as required Orders and processes scheduled loss runs and on demand loss run requests Processes direct bill and agency bill endorsements and audits Provides quality customer service to clients, team members, and carriers Prepares policy binders for delivery to clients Maintains an accurate suspense system on all items that require a response Input/maintain data on account management system and ancillary systems as required Provide receptionist support, when needed Other reasonable duties as assigned by your supervisor To perform this job successfully, the incumbent must be able to perform each essential duty in a satisfactory manner. REQUIREMENTS: 1-2 years of insurance experience strongly preferred Superior customer service and problem solving skills with the ability to work in a team environment Demonstrated proficiency with computer systems, including but not limited to Microsoft Office and automated agency management systems Must be a self-starter with excellent written and verbal English communications skills Ability or adaptability to work in fast-paced, multi-tasking environment EDUCATION, LICENSING OR CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS High School Diploma or equivalent required; College Degree preferred Willingness to obtain the Tennessee Property & Casualty License Department Account Management & Service
