The Role
The Moody's Investors Service Commercial team is looking for an intern for an industrial placement of 6 months, which will start in mid-2024. The intern will be part of the Sales Support, Relationship Management team, but will be allocated to two specific projects:
Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI)Digital Finance
As a Generative AI (GenAI) intern, you will be part of a dynamic and global commercial working group looking to increase adoption and use of this technology. Your responsibilities will include:
Familiarity with all GenAI tools and initiatives within Moody's Investors ServiceAssisting the Global Relationship Management Task Force lead for GenAI in developing training sessions for the wider Relationship Management teamCoordinating the meetings of the various regional relationship management AI champions from around the world (Americas, EMEA, APAC)Assisting the global working group in the collection of uses cases of GenAI for Relationship Managers (RM)Collaborating with cross-functional AI working group to share outcomes from each
This role requires a strong interest in AI and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
With respect to Digital Finance your role will be to work as part of a global Digital Finance RM Champions network. Your responsibilities will include:
Monitoring regional developments and sharing newsfeeds and information exchangeSupport the educational campaign (outreach targets) to ensure that RMs are able to meet their issuer and Intermediary engagement targets (regional/sub-regional support)Support creating new content/marketing collateral for the Digital Finance Outreach toolkitInformation sharing with RM team specific to (i) Digital Finance events list (ii) prospect/potential customers/issuers listsSupporting tracking of global digital issuances and MIS relevance in developing categories (e.g. tokenisation)Supporting regional/sub-regional RM team by joining meetings when required
Your primary role will be project work involving Gen AI and/or Digital Finance. In the event you have capacity, you may be deployed as part of the Sales Support team which is responsible for providing mainly office-based sales support for the Relationship Management teams. The Sales Support function works closely with experienced Sales professionals supporting their activity to increase mandates and revenue in their assigned territories, regions and/or lines of business.
Qualifications
Good communication skills, particularly written communication; fluent in English.Strong analytical and research skills.Ability to manage time under tight deadlines.Well versed in Excel, PowerPoint and able to produce good quality promotional material.Highly organized with ability to multi-task.Ability to work effectively with a geographically diverse and multi-cultural team.Team player.
