What You Will Do?
The Finance Manager will be a critical member of the PSG Commercial Finance team, acting as a strategic business partner to Commercial teams including several of the Strategic Accounts. A problem solving approach will be required to develop and elevate commercial analytics and reporting that are scalable in a fast growing business. This position offers the right candidate an opportunity for career development and growth while supporting a growing and dynamic business.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide thought leadership to support the organization's growth strategy, including leading Strategic Accounts annual growth plans and participating in client meetings, negotiations, and contract governanceKey Finance Business partner to Strategic Account Leads including finance lead responsibility in client facing reviewsSupport PSG sales and revenue growth through the development of strategic rebate programs; conduct analysis and assessment of incentive effectiveness in driving specific client behavior. Engage with corporate accounts to provide analysis for corporate rebate agreementsPSG finance lead for CRG Synergy commercial analytics. Develop and track KPIs and provide finance support for special projectsElevate the level of financial analysis and prepare, analyze and present financials during reviews. Be a key partner to work across a matrix environment to drive clarity on results and problem solving Develop models and provide support on deal valuations through profit-loss and cash flow evaluation; closely collaborate with Sales and Quotes and Proposals teamsAnalyze and interpret client level sales results and forecasts, providing key business and financial guidance to the organization in an executive summary fashionLead FLDP Rotation and Intern from onboarding through assignment completion, including oversight of projectsImplement global processes that are scalable, streamlined and sustainable in meeting the evolving needs of a dynamic PSG organizationSet the example of cross-functional involvement and continuous improvement in executionSupport the Annual Planning process through forecast model preparation and analysisAd-hoc financial analysis and analytical modeling via the use of multiple financial systems
How You'll Get Here:
7+ years of confirmed experience in a sophisticated, multinational, multi-site environmentBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fieldStrong and persuasive communicator: crucial to have credibility within a dynamic, ambitious environment and in the context of providing outstanding business partnering supportProven focus on being able to translate data and metrics into predictable, value-add business insight.Excellent problem solving skills with attention to detail; ability to step back and analyze the overall business impactExcel expertise with sophisticated knowledge of pivots, charts, and formulas; strong financial modeling skillsStrong systems and analytic capabilities, and a bias for implementing improvements in execution; Sophisticated knowledge and experience in the financial reporting systems - SFDC, Hyperion PlanningExperience with SFDC or similar sales tools
