Diageo Commercial Finance teams are central to the delivery of key business objectives and targets across the P&L, Balance Sheet and broader market share. The teams are respected business partners to their customers inside and outside of the function and work to craft the future of the Canada business.

Top Accountabilities
Functional
Partner the Regional Performance Directors and Marketing function in driving outstanding performance management, customer and brand investment decisions.Provide decision support to the commercial teams, which will ultimately improve Net Sales Value, Gross Profit and Gross Margin % whilst delivery gains on market share.Leads the forecasting process in partnership with FP&A and commercial colleagues managing opportunity and risk management to deliver against financial objectives.Use insightful analysis to identify business opportunities for the division.Drive the Control agenda across the channel ensuring an outstanding control environment through simple processes and strong compliance.A leading figure in the continued efforts to improve our systems and analytics tool supporting the Digital Finance agenda.Support the Senior Finance Analysts in driving capability and leadership.
