Commercial Controller EMEA

What you'll do:
Provide leadership to management in driving profitability optimizationBe responsible for pricing controlling, quotations for new launches and product profitability reporting, including aftermarket businessBe a Business partner for the Sales & Marketing activities and support the Product Line organizationsEstablish & maintain adequate commercial reporting by Customer and by ProductProvide insightful analysis to Sales Departemnt in the deployment & assessment of Pricing actionsEstablish & maintain specific reporting to trace the Mix impact on Sales & ProfitLead, review and support the financial preparation and the approval of quotations to customersDrive the Capex approval-process for Growth initiativesSupport to business development projects (due diligence activities, ad hoc projects)Manage proactively the team, work on people's development and support the Finance Director on any relevant organizational discussionsLead aftermarket finance, acting as business partner for AFM team in business selective growth
Qualifications:
BS degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration; MBA preferred.
Minimum of 10 years in Finance Controlling experience in large multi-national manufacturing organizations with complex matrix structures.
Skills:
Fluency English. Any other European languages would be a plus.
Strong leadership; Self sufficiency in managing simultaneous assignments; flexibility; strong analytical/problem solving skills; Self sufficient in organizing deadlines, deliverables, and instructions for a large group of Plants; capability to leverage resources; outstanding presentation and communication skills and experience in interaction at the highest levels of a company; Excellent interpersonal, communication, and strategic planning skills; Professional competency and personal integrity; Success culture; Strong building organizational capability
