  Commercial Account Executive - Eastern Europe

  Job Description

  You are a best-in-class Account Executive responsible for crafting, managing and closing opportunities within the Eastern Europe region. You'll demonstrate all the behaviors associated with a high-performance sales culture, specifically building new-business opportunities, as well as up-selling and cross-selling within our extensive install base and delivering results against a quota.

  You are passionate about customer experience and excited to show other organizations how Zendesk solutions can impact their mission and operations.

  You will:

  Exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue goalsContinually build pipeline of new business, upsell, and cross-sell opportunitiesBecome an authority on Zendesks products and conduct discovery calls, presentations, and demos with prospects and customersDevelop and maintain relationships with our amazing customers in your territoryDemonstrate and sell value to key executive partners within the accounts during dynamic as well as complex sales cyclesTrack all opportunity and customer details including use case, purchase time frames, next steps, and forecasting in Salesforce

  You have:

  Experience selling to CxO/VP/Director level leaders in Commercial segment5+ years of software selling experience to Digital Native organizations in Eastern Europe; SaaS experience preferred (CRM or CX is a strong plus)Outbound prospecting experienceA consistent track record in hitting and exceeding quotaSkilled in virtual presentations, online web demos, remote sales processesTechnically savvy with a thorough understanding of a related technologyFluency in Eastern European languages is a plusProficiency using Salesforce desirable
