Job Description
The Commerce, Content Manager will execute, assist and manage various digital marketing projects. The ideal candidate will have Content Management System experience in a large corporate environment, ideally in healthcare. Digital web design and digital content editing experience is required. This candidate should be multi-task oriented, a creative-thinker and problem-solver.
Key Responsibilities And Activities
Design and implement digital content on Adobe Commerce and Adobe Experience MangerExperience with classic and touch UI authoring interfaces within AEM. Experience with classic and touch UI authoring interfaces within AEM.Experience in link configuration and redirect management.Working with AEM multi-site manager features.Page publication and deactivation.Knowledge of working with multi-region, multi-lingual sites and managing change and content across these.Experience of content fragments and experience fragments.Knowledge of website accessibility principles.Review digital content for SEO, visual brand adherence, and WCAG 2.1 accessibility standardsKnowledge of website technical SEO practices when building pages.Guide integrated marketing team members on proper webpage creation elements and writing, to include proper use of CTAs, imagery, meta tags and descriptions, and web design principlesSupport marketing automation efforts that integrate with the websitesCreate and implement new web page templates that can be used enterprise-widePartner with integrated marketers and user experience designers to publish new digital experiences
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Digital Design, Marketing or related fieldMinimum of 5 years' experience with Content Management Systems to include Adobe Commerce and Adobe Experience ManagerWorking knowledge of campaign and email marketing platforms such as Eloqua and SFMCExperienced in layout and digital design skills in an agency or corporate environmentB2C digital marketing experienceAbility to organize multiple deadlines while demonstrating flexibility and the ability to organize and perform multiple tasks concurrently and efficientlyTeam player that is reliable, flexible, helpful and works well in a collaborative environmentDetail-oriented, superior organizational with superior project management skills using platforms such as Workfront.Strong written and verbal communication skillsFast learner, highly motivated, self-starter and creativeClient-centric and service oriented positive attitudeProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
