　　We're looking for an Intern to support our team! This is an exciting opportunity to learn and work in a fast-paced environment where you will build business relationships and develop key skills needed in the corporate world. You will work under the leaders of our team, while contributing to the development of business needs for "Brands that Inspire".

　　The Intern will work with the Manager of CB Face Product Development and be mentored in their designated departments.

　　The intern will work on an assigned project while assisting with everyday business needs.

　　The Intern is a well-rounded student with good academic standing. They must be creative, organized, and ready to learn and work with a team

　　 In this role you will be responsible for:

　　Lead your own, individual strategic project related to the color cosmetics face category. Formulate new makeup products, including testing and screening formula performance. Build understanding of competitive landscape, and consumer need gaps to develop winning makeup products. Monitor and ensure the quality of new products in terms of stability, compatibility, microbiology, safety, and regulatory requirements. Build correlation between instrumental testing and real-life product performance. Communicate key research findings/ technical information to wide range of audiences. Comply with all company policies, procedures, safety, and GMP.

　　 QUALIFICATIONS

　　 Essential:

　　Students who are in their junior year and working toward a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university Must be able to work 40 hours per week during the summer of 2024 Exceptional organizational skills and great attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills Scientific mindset with the ability to follow safety guidelines associated with a laboratory setting. Ability to manage multiple activities while delivering set milestones.

　　 Desirable:

　　Degree concentration in areas relating to STEM field Team oriented with strong interpersonal skills and collaborative approach A natural aptitude for problem solving and critical thinking A curious mind open to knowledge and instruction Passion to learn and work in a research and development organization . Experience with formulation and evaluation is desired. Team player and exhibit "can do" attitude. Internally motivated with intellectual curiosity. Proven ability to work in fast paced, outcome driven environments.
