Hybrid: This position requires to work 3 days on site 2 days at home remote on a full-time basis
Track and Improve Collision Operative Program with collision dealersDevelop Collision Training Program for Estimators and additional critical profiles at the repair process
Pulso Survey track and dealernet usage
Collision CSI – dashboards / dealers information sharing process / increase and encourage dealers for continuous improvement of quality and quantity of information for this satisfaction indexImprove Collision CSI at dealers
Follow Up and Execute Total Loss Avoidance Program (analyze cases, evaluate and share results, work together with dealers and insurers to maximize the program)
Control Fastening Kits program (results and track) New Product Launch for more vehicle applications. Work with all the involved teams to develop new kits, as purchasing, supply chain, service engineering and sales team
Follow up Audatex estimates information to update dashboards related to this information as well to update collision RIM (inventory tool) main part numbers (analyze replacements and new part numbers)
Support dealers with Collision RIM parts in order to optimize and meet required targets for compliance
Manage rebate program for collision VIPs orders – claims follow up and execution
Track Collision KPIs at dealernet - Sales / ORs / AV / TMR / CMR standardized collision network visit
Analyze and Follow up Insurer claims cases at dealernet
Assisting the dealer in implementing initiatives to increase performance at Collision (Body shop) business
Maximize the Collision profitability at dealership
. Assisting the dealer in identifying areas to improve profitability through business process
. Ensuring that the dealer takes advantage of rebates and incentives available for
Collision business
Holds themselves and others accountable for demonstrating GMs values and cultural behaviors
Performs other related duties as assigned
Additional Job Description
Education:
Industrial Engineering, Bachellor in Bussiness or similarLanguages:
English language proficiency.
