JOB REQUIREMENTS: Position Overview Prepare and co-teach one (1) sectionof REAL 4330: Advanced Real Estate Analysis (3 credits) CourseDescription: Prepares students for two case competitions in whichMarquette University participates. Students prepare to analyze, write areport and present a development/redevelopment proposal for a track ofland or existing building. Students also prepare by reviewing theprevious year's Eisenberg and NAIOP cases and completing additionalassignments. Each team meets twice per week to work with case advisersand team members. Duties and Responsibilities Prepare a well-organizedsyllabus and teaching plan that clearly reflects the course objectivesas well as expectations, conduct well-prepared class sessions thateffectively deliver the course content and engages students, administermeaningful and relevant assignments, and grade students' work with anemphasis on student development.
