Essential Job FunctionsModel Customer 1st behavior; deliver and encourage other associates to deliver excellent customer servicePromote and follow company initiativesGreet customers, answer questions, and suggest product to enhance service and meet sales goalsMaintain cleanliness of customer service area and equipmentPrepare a variety of customer beverage orders such as espresso drinks and Coffee of the Day to standardFollow store policies and proceduresPerform cleaning tasks in accordance with the Duty Rosters and cleaning standardsFollow standards for merchandising, stocking, rotating, and storing all productsFollow cash handling and register policies (for associates 18 and over)Follow inventory stocking and recording guidelinesMust be able to perform the essential job functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation
Minimum Position QualificationsHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED), plus six months of experience in customer service; or combination of relevant education and experienceMinimum 16 years of ageAbility to pass drug testAbility to complete Initial Store Training and pass barista certification with a score of 90% or betterAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work weekends on a regular basis, work any shift and work overtime as neededAccuracy/attention to detailAbility to organize/prioritize tasks/projects
