We're currently looking for a Coach/Specialist Quality Methods, Tools and Training (m/f/diverse) for our location in Hanover within our Group Sector ContiTech. In this role you're in charge of the following tasks:
Maintain Quality Methods portfolio reflecting changing internal and external requirements
Support elaboration of training concepts for Quality Methods
Plan and coordinate Training events
Conduct trainings for Quality methods
Coordinate offering of external training providers for the Group Sector
Support and coach BA´s and Group Sector Functions in application of Quality Methods
Coordinate set-up of worldwide network for application of Quality Methods, Coaching and Training.
Coordinate sharing of best practices and lessons learned
Technical University degree (Bachelor or Master)
Several years of experience in various departments of Quality
Work Experience in the area of coaching and training
Experience in application of Quality Methods (e.g. FMEA, SPC, APQP, …)
Experience as Project Manager
Experience in Quality Business Processes and Quality Methods/Core Tools
Business fluent English and German language skills (written and spoken)
Good communication skills (incl.change management, negotiation, presentation and conflict resolution techniques)
International and intercultural background and/or experience
Networking skills
Good time management skills and the ability to work independently
Willingness to travel 20 - 25 % per year
