Jessica Kegler Sales Manager
Jessica has been playing matchmaker for over 15 years at The Alpha Group. Whether you’re a client (aka employer) searching for an employee or a candidate (aka employee) looking for your next job, there’s a good chance you will have some interaction with Jessica.
Having been with The Alpha Group since 2004, Jessica currently specializes in the placement of administrative, technical, and distribution professionals. She has learned to read people very well, utilizing her emotional intelligence to interpret and understand what an employer is looking for in an employee, as well as quickly understand each candidate’s assets, qualities, strengths, and goals. These skills allow her to determine the best fit for everyone.
Jessica often draws upon her secret weapon: an unparalleled network of contacts and resources that can make matches happen like magic. She has become a successful recruiter by remembering that making the right fit for her clients is more than just matching skillset. It is matching the right personalities and the right culture along with the right skills.
Our clients know Jessica will present the best candidates for each position. Our candidates know they will be placed in jobs where they can succeed. This saves both parties time and stress in the job searching and hiring process.
When asked to share one thing she enjoys most about working at The Alpha Group, Jessica states, “That every day is different. We work with so many unique types of businesses and recruit so many types of roles for those businesses; we are always meeting new types of professionals and new personalities. No two placements are ever identical – that keeps things interesting and dynamic!”
On her days off, Jessica can be found spending time with her husband and dogs, or shopping for antiques or buying, distressing, and painting furniture – continuing to fill her home with family treasures and heirlooms, some dating back to the Civil and Revolutionary Wars. In fact, Jessica is a proud member of DAR (Daughter of the American Revolution). Having grown up in Wisconsin, she has a love of country living, and peace and quiet. This is why when she’s not shopping or antiquing, she enjoys reading, playing the piano, relaxing on the porch, being outside in nature, or learning more about her family genealogy.
Jessica’s two favorite quotes are: “The speed of the leader will determine the pace of the pack. Lead, follow, or get out of the way!” and “Reach for the stars, don’t live on your scars.”
