The role
Together with your primary Community of Practice Lead and Product Group Manager, you will:
Provide knowledge, consultancy and advisory within your area of specialism.
Participate in the development and promotion of the technology which supports business requirements.
Accountable for supervising the realization of specific deliverables.
What you’ll do
Provide deep specialist consultancy and support in your specific speciality (e.g. PHP, e.g., Content Management Systems, PHP, MySQL, MariaDB, Drupal, PAAS hosting platforms).
Coordinate technical consultancy assignments which involve specialists from various disciplines.
Support the technical activity (design, build, testing) in a significant or complex Innovation initiatives, accountable for the delivery and quality of technical deliverables.
Make recommendations on how to improve the effectiveness, efficiency and delivery of services through the use of (emerging) technology and technical methods and methodologies.
Provide business with deep technical expertise, advising on best technology solutions, translating the business vision into technical vision.
Support the development of and/or review of standards, documentation and methods of working in the relevant area of expertise.
Coordinate preliminary studies, general systems specifications and detailed systems specifications.
Liaise with the security team to consult on security requirements and processes.
Assist others in resolving complex technical problems and investigating the root cause of problems and recommend smart (specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, timely) solutions.
Liaise with suppliers, for example where third-party work or packages involve significant functional, technical, process, data or integration decisions.

Minimum qualifications:
Experience and Technical knowledge of PHP.
Code development, Quality review, Performance testing, Security testing, Compliance and GDPR.
Bonus Points If You:
Experience and Technical knowledge of solutions such as Drupal, node.js and Python.
General knowledge of Digital/Web solutions and DevSecOps (Mobile, IoT, IA, Personalization, Web CMS, Content Management, Consumer Identity and Data …).
Bachelor's degree in computer science, system analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience.
Experience in automating processes.
Experience of successfully leading technical evaluations, resolving technical issues, including those involving 3rd parties.
Understanding and knowledge of system development life cycle methodologies (such as agile software development, rapid prototyping and DevOps).
Experience with effective communication at different levels in the organization and in English.
Experience having worked in a global environment and with virtual teams.
