The ideal Content Management System (CMS) Platform Delivery Manager is focused on facilitating the successful delivery of CMS Platform experiences that serve the needs of our internal teams and website users. The CMS Delivery Manager will work closely with client stakeholders, business users, and cross functional delivery teams over the lifecycle of a project to gather and collaborate on solution requirements. They will drive solution design in partnership with product ownership, design, marketing SEO, technical leadership, and training.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Work closely with key stakeholders, program and project sponsors, and cross-functional teams to plan, scope, identify deliverables and required resources for CMS related features Work with Editorial, Marketing, and other groups to review their requirements and facilitate and communicate the feature backlog priority Lead the successful delivery of CMS Platform experiences that serve the needs of authors and end users Serve as an expert in the functional use of Brightspot and its application at PitchBook Driving system demonstrations and training to client business users Build a robust and achievable project plan; drive forecasting/estimation techniques to arrive at this plan; hold the team accountable to meeting key committed deliverables Define clear goals, prioritize the right work, and use data to drive crisp decisions in partnership with stakeholders Facilitate User Acceptance testing with cross functional teams Drive data migrations from legacy CMS to new CMS Act as the primary contact for PitchBook's CMS vendor Manage CMS Platform upgrades and changes Proactively identify and resolve risks, issues & conflicts affecting goal achievement, escalating when needed for resolution Manage cross-team dependencies, align roadmaps, and unblock teams. Support planning activities that identify dependencies Keep the team, sponsor, and relevant stakeholders informed on progress to goal Support the vision and values of the company through role modeling and encouraging desired behaviors Implement and enforce robust change management process for CMS features and modules
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. 2+ years experience with Brightspot Content Management System. 5+ years of professional work experience with 2 years of cross functional project or program management. Experience program managing cross-functional programs for an organization with a strong understanding of program management fundamentals Program management of large-scale Content Management experience required Operate with a strong sense of urgency and deliver results Be data and metrics driven and use metrics and provide data for decision making Able to effectively manage ambiguity, competing priorities, and help teams prioritize and focus Self-motivated and goal-oriented attitude and can work effectively as an individual or as part of a team Exemplary verbal and written communication skills and comfortable to engage a diverse array of audiences Able to work across multiple teams and stakeholders at all levels of seniority, build strong trusted relationships, and lead through influence Able to problem solve and use judgment to make decisions within ambiguous situations Hands on knowledge of a project management tool preferred Able to effectively communicate with local and international teams in a multicultural setting both in-person, in writing, and via Zoom video calls Interest in financial markets or services, particularly private equity and venture capital

Compensation
Annual base salary: $123,025-$170,000 Target annual bonus percentage: 10%
*Starting pay will be based on several factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience. We also have a location-based compensation structure; there may be different ranges for candidates by location.
Working Conditions:
The job conditions for this position are in a standard office setting. Employees in this position use PC and phone on an on-going basis throughout the day. Limited corporate travel may be required to remote offices or other business meetings and events.
