Responsibilities:
Strategic Supply Chain Support:
Spearhead supply chain initiatives, orchestrating logistics, and optimizing GMP warehousing operations.
Collaborate seamlessly with R&D and manufacturing teams to maintain inventory across diverse departments.
Warehouse Operations and Shipping Expertise:
Facilitate the seamless flow of incoming and outbound shipments from the GMP warehouse.
Rigorously inspect incoming raw materials and products to uphold quality standards.
Administrative Excellence:
Undertake administrative responsibilities, including the formulation and review of preventative maintenance procedures.
Efficiently manage the Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) process and harness the power of the CMMS System On to empower the team in executing preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment, autoclaves, tunnels, washers, and process support systems.
Operational Enhancement:
Collaborate with management to implement upgrades, improvements, and address operational challenges.
Provide invaluable assistance to the engineering team in making decisions and implementing new equipment, as well as modifications to existing machinery.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with manufacturing teams to optimize supply chain, forecasting, and planning processes.
Requirements:
A High School Diploma is a prerequisite for this role.
Garnered 3-5 years of hands-on experience in supporting supply chain, logistics, and warehouse functions.
Proven track record of effectively liaising with manufacturing and cross-functional groups for forecasting initiatives.
