　　We are looking for you, Cluster Operations Controlling EMEA East (m/f/d) to support our Team. You can work in a hybrid way from any Original Equipment Solutions location in East Europe.

　　TheRegional Operations Controller & Analyst EMEA East is responsible for:

　　Support the Segment Planning (P&L, KPI and balance)Analysis of plant results, check for plausibilityRealization and fulfillment of the Budget requirementsPresentation of the resultBudget Operations (variable and fix plant areas)Support the Cluster Operations Managers in terms of strategy planning & footprint planningEnsure the realization of the Operational Goals for the BA OESLIdentify strategic fields of actions within Operations , keep the record and tracking themAnalysis of Forecast ChangesDetermination of risks and improvement potentialsPreparation of deviation analysis, financial analysisAd hoc analysisTrigger and support cost saving initiativesSupport operations in Finance related topicsSupport the Plant Controlling in identifying saving potentialsSupport the realization and implementation of company standards within ControllingSupport for input of reporting information in FIRESupport the realization of CBS ProjectsSupport in investment decisionsSpecial request/Special analysis on Financial TopicsSupporting Operations/Business Reviews in collaboration with the plantsAdditional Information

　　Qualifications

　　Must have:

　　University degree (Bachelor's or above, with emphasis in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration)Several years of professional experience in various finance and controlling functionsStrategic and strong analytical thinking with attention to detail and experience in project managementGood knowledge of finance fundamentals and strong ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines requiredExperience and strong knowledge of Data Analytics & state of art tools (SAP, FIRE, etc.)Strong MS Office knowledge required, especially Excel, PowerBI and PowerPointAbility to communicate effectively and appropriately financial analysis across different culturesCompany Description
