Cloud Partner Engineering Leads will be responsible for building and maintaining the technical side of EPAM’s Google Cloud relationship across the world (emphasis on NorthAm, EMEA, and LATAM). They will be expected to develop and execute a technical partner strategy which results in significant new qualified pipeline, increased credibility, and ultimately influences target revenue growth across regions, informed by and in coordination with our Global Google Cloud Partnership Leader. This role will have the ability to work independently and will work across multiple countries, integrated closely with the marketing, sales, business and delivery teams across the globe. Responsibilities
Establish, maintain and grow the partnership technical relationship with Google Cloud at multiple levels including senior stakeholders
Co-Develop and implement technical aspects of our overall GTM strategy for Google Cloud with an awareness of EPAM’s Multi-Cloud strategy and practice offerings
Work cross-functionally with EPAM practice/BU Leadership, sales/partner sales/AM team, GCP technical competency and business team, delivery and partner marketing teams to establish strategic marketing and growth plans
Support high-value pre-sales and solutioning discussions
Align with EPAM solution experts in order to develop offerings and influence growth at select EPAM accounts
Set expectations and achieve KPI on initiated and influenced partner revenue
Track technical successes and initiate joint customer stories to support evidence building and specialization requirements
Work collaboratively with sales and marketing to represent EPAM at various events
Collaborate closely with EPAM’s Global Google Cloud PDM in order to work in alignment and deliver global programs
Present Yearly, Quarterly plans and results to EPAM senior leadership teams
Requirements
10+ years of Sales and/or partner engineering experience in Cloud space (Google Cloud experience is a must)
15+ years overall in enterprise technology and channel space
Google Cloud Professional Certification(s)
Proven track record of solution-based selling or technical GTM development in the technology space
Experience in Solution Integration (SI) sales environment and partner ecosystem
Exceptional communication, writing and organizational skills, managing relationships, business development, pipeline, and processes
Some travel required
Understanding of go-to-market building and emerging technologies
Works well independently, as well as part of a team, and has a competency in completing duties in a timely and effective manner
Flexible, proactive team-player attitude is a must
