About Cloud Migrations, Engagement Manager

  Are you a highly motivated, experienced Program Manager with a passion for Cloud Migrations Management? Atlassian is looking for an enthusiastic and organized individual to join our team as a Program Manager, Cloud Migrations Management. We are an innovative and growing company that provides software and services to help teams of all sizes collaborate and work better together.In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing the successful execution of cloud migration projects. You will also be responsible for managing the related resources, risks, and timelines. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure effective project planning, execution, and communication.To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. You must have strong project management skills and experience with cloud migrations. You must also be able to manage a team of engineers and architects and have excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.If you are an experienced Program Manager with a passion for Cloud Migrations Management and the skills and experience to excel in this role, we would love to hear from you!   Responsibilities

  •

  This role will support the Cloud Migrations Teams and its leadership to highlight strategic gaps and risks to Support, Field Ops, Product and Engineering leadership

  •

  This role wears many hats and will be responsible for everything from understanding Business/Product Strategy to driving change for large-scale Customer/Support friction points in collaboration with cross-functional colleagues

  •

  Our Enterprise Development Representatives partner with our Enterprise Advocates (Account Executives) to build and implement a sales pipeline strategy to increase adoption of select products and services to our Enterprise customer base

  •

  At the same time, we want to ensure our EDR's operate with a sense of grace that ensures a delightful customer experience

  •

  Define, communicate, champion and manage new processes essential to systemically understanding and improving our operations

  •

  Frequently interact and present to senior leaders, cross-department managers, and project teams

  •

  Develop and nurture relationships with group managers, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Sales, and other peer teams to achieve results

  •

  Demonstrate strong planning, organization, and prioritization skills, and an ability to self-direct

  •

  Facilitate change, by collaborating with and influencing other leaders in the organization, while leading the implementation within the team

  •

  You will have the opportunity to exercise your leadership skills by assigning tasks and responsibilities to other leaders with clear boundaries and expectations while providing your support
