  Location: US (Nationwide)

We are seeking an Oracle Cloud Financials Lead (functional, hands-on) who led ERP teams through multiple full-cycle implementations with Public Sector customers.

  As a recognized authority and leading contributor within their practice, this senior-level consulting position:

  Provides consistent and innovative solution leadership to a project team.

  Owns the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s), ensuring highly performance, coordinated software solutions within time and budget constraints.

  Leads and analyzes business needs to help ensure Oracle solution meets the customer’s objectives by combining industry standard processes, product knowledge, and discernment

  Exercises judgment and business insight in selecting methods and techniques to deliver functional and technical solutions on non-routine and very sophisticated aspects of applications and technology installations.

  Provides direction and mentoring to project teams, and effectively influences customer leadership on key decisions.

  Supports business development efforts by pursuing new opportunities and extensions.

  Collaborates with the consulting sales team by providing domain expertise.

  Resolves sophisticated customer issues by recommending and implementing solutions.

  Demonstrates expertise in multiple business processes across two or more product families or ability to architect and design technology solutions encompassing multiple products and make decisions based on impact across the stack.

  Experience with the Oracle product set.

  Responsibilities

  Preferred Qualifications

  Proven experience relevant to this position including 5 years of functional consulting experience in the Public Sector

  Prior team leadership or management experience preferred

  Business process experience in the following areas:

  Cloud/e-Business Suite(EBS): 5-10 years/solid across General Ledger, Budgetary Control and Encumbrance Accounting, Payables, Receivables, Assets, and Cash Management

  Ability to lead enterprise structure and chart of accounts design workshops.

  Holds BS in Accounting or related field OR equivalent experience

  CPA is a plus

  Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus

  Ability to communicate effectively

  Ability to build rapport with team members and clients

  Strong influencing and negotiation skills

  Ability to travel up to 50%, when required

  Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the United States only

  Hiring Range: from $88,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

  Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

  Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

  Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

  11 paid holidays

  Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
