  Overview

  Our Compliance Technology teams are responsible for delivering solutions which will automate business workflows, improve data quality, and enhance reporting for the Compliance function. You'll be an integral part of the Bank's technology infrastructure, guiding the Compliance Technology team and playing vital role in protecting organization data. By actively engaging with the team, you will enable responsible for the overall implementation of security cloud architecture in the compliance division. You'll need to have a blend of security, engineering, and cloud skills, and a passion for cloud security. Deutsche Bank is investing heavily in technology, which means we are investing in you.

  What You'll Do

  Analyze the DevOps tooling and needs of cloud services that have been requested by the Bank's application developer community

  Collaborate with other engineers to ensure specifications are implemented in policy-enforcing tools, and on improvements to cloud engineering tooling and agile ways of working

  Guide for the deployment strategy (blue/green deployments, canary releases etc.) for the apps into the production

  Implementing the best DevOps practices defined by the enterprise architects

  Contributing the best DevOps standards and practices

  Reviewing the DevOps implementation for the applications within the division

  Skills You'll Need

  Experience in information security, engineering, development, and public cloud technologies

  Understanding of Google Cloud Platform and native services (e.g. Cloud Composer, Cloud Build etc.)

  Proficient with GitHub runners preferably (or significant experience with other continuous integration/continuous deployment (or development) (CI/CD) pipeline), proficient in Terraform, experience in regulated environments preferred.

  Experience using VCS (GitHub and or GitLab) and Cloud Security Management tools (KMS, Secret Manager, etc.)

  Strong network skills are required to cope with the network subnet reservation, FW requests for each connection between Global Control Programme (GCP) & On-Prem, etc

  Skills That Will Help You Excel

  Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken

  Google Cloud Certified Professional - Cloud DevOps Engineer Certification (Preferable)

  Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills

  self-motivated

  Teamwork abilities: The Cloud Security Engineer is expected to work with various multi-disciplinary teams, so it is vital that they are team-oriented individuals with priority on the successful completion of team goals

  Expectations

  It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Cary office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.

  The salary range for this position in Cary is $95,000 to $140,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of renumeration.
