Project Outline:
The mission of the Process, Training, and Digital Solutions (PTDS) team within Innovation and Data is to drive innovative ways of working to enable a fit for purpose clinical trial delivery operating model. We bring together people, process, data, and technology with a focus on continuous improvement to deliver medicines to patients faster.
During the 12-week summer internship program in the Clinical Trial Process Development and Delivery team you will be asked to support process improvement activities and initiatives in global clinical trial delivery functions. You will partner with our Innovation & Change Management team to develop and manage communications related to process and SOP changes, while also ensuring proper handoff of activities with our training and digital solutions teams. You will actively contribute to cross functional process reviews to manage consistency and alignment across interdependent processes and to provide holistic oversight and harmonization across all aspects of the clinical trial delivery space.

Requirements / Qualifications:
Currently authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Takeda does not provide sponsorship for internship positions.
Available to work full-time (40 hours per week), within the core business hours of 8:00am – 5:00pm, for 10-12 weeks during the summer months.
Undergraduate, Graduate, PhD, MD student with completion of a minimum of one year of university studies.
Must be enrolled in school the semester following your internship with Takeda.

The hourly pay rate range is $20.00 per hour - $46.00 per hour. The final pay rate offered for this internship may consider several factors including, but not limited to, location, skills, education, and experience.
