Brightpoint's Child Welfare Counseling Services provide therapeutic intervention for children and parents involved in the child welfare system. As the Clinical Supervisor for the Child Welfare Counseling Services team, you will provide case consultation and reflective clinical supervision to Therapists who are working with children, families, and caregivers involved in the Foster Care system. Candidate qualifications:
Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a closely related field.
Valid Illinois clinical license (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT).
At least two years’ relevant clinical experience; preferably experience working with youth, parents, or families who have experienced trauma.
Experience providing reflective supervision in a clinical setting preferred.
The ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing in both English and Spanish preferred.
Valid driver's license, insurance, and a reliable vehicle preferred.
Job details:
Compensation: Starting at $71,000 for licensed clinical supervisors.
Clinical licensure: Licensed staff receive reimbursement of licensure renewal fees.

Location: Hybrid; Clinical Supervisor will attend some onsite meetings/events in Southern, IL, but most work may be completed from a remote location.
Schedule: Full-time, salaried; general business hours with some flexibility to accommodate clients’ scheduling needs.
