We are seeking a Clinical Supervisor to join our team in our Stroudsburg, PA location.Earn $55,000+ / annually.Position DetailsUnder the supervision of the Program Director, the Clinical Supervisor will facilitate individual and group clinical supervision to outpatient therapists as needed and per regulations/requirements. They will review and sign treatment plans, assessments, case consultations, and progress notes as instructed by the Program Director. The Clinical supervisor facilitates the New Therapist Training Program, assists the Program Director in the hiring of FFS Therapists, provides corrective action to FFS Therapists including verbal warnings, supervisory conferences, and also will collaborate with the Program Director on operational needs. Someone in this position will maintain and monitor through audits, proper medical record documentation in accordance with Merakey, DPW, DOH regulations and policies. The Clinical Supervisor will provide intake services by evaluating incoming referrals to determine the appropriate treatment interventions and assign therapists' caseloads accordingly. The Clinical Supervisor will be required to become certified in 'The Incredible Years' evidenced-based group curriculum and will be the leader of this service for the clinic. Requirements
Our ideal candidate will possess the following skills:Masters' Degree, in Social Work, Counseling or Psychology; trained in a generally recognized clinical discipline including but not limited to psychiatry, social work, psychology, nursing, rehabilitation or activity therapies who has a graduate degree and clinical experience required.LPC/LCSW strongly preferredTwo-years of supervisory experience required per OMHSAS regulations required.
