At Merakey, we put heart and soul into everything we do.We are seeking Clinical Supervisor to join our team at our program in Philadelphia, PA.Earn 60,000 - $65,000/year based upon licensure.Position DetailsThe Clinical Supervisor provides weekly individual and group supervision for up to 8 staff including counselors, therapists, and interns. Develops and enhances competence and effectiveness by providing on-going guidance, mentoring, feedback, and motivation to staff adhering to department and Merakey polices and procedures. Delivers performance evaluations, assists with hiring and training new staff, and delivers terminations when necessary. Assists with assigned tasks including Reinstatements, Level of Care assessments, Incident Reporting, Grievances and Complaints, Case Consultations, Termination Reviews, and Policy and Procedure development. Attends all required meetings, facilitating meetings as needed. Reconcile and approve timecards of assigned staff. Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:Master's Degree or higher in chemical dependency, psychology, social work, and/or counseling. Hold a clinical license (LPC, LSW, LCSW, LMFT) through the state of Pennsylvania preferred.A minimum of two (2) years' experience in clinical practice. Five (5) years post master's degree experience in clinical practice strongly preferred.A minimum of one (1) year supervisor experience. Three (3) years supervisory experience preferred.High clinical skills and knowledge.
