Overview
U.S. Anesthesia Partners (USAP) is seeking a Clinical Student Outreach Specialist to join our team in Texas. In collaboration with the clinical recruitment team and our talent attraction specialists, the Student Outreach Specialist will be responsible fostering, developing and maintaining positive relationships with anesthesia students across the state of Texas, as well as providing coordinator responsibilities with events.
Job Highlights
Student Relations:
· Act as a brand ambassador for SRNA, SAA students and Anesthesiology Residents and Fellows throughout the region by developing strong relationships and maintaining a prospect pipeline of engaged students.
· In collaboration with our National Lead Recruiter and the Texas Recruitment Team, this person is responsible for managing the scheduling and outcome of outreach efforts for students in the region.
· Update and maintain candidate database of students.
· Regularly update leadership team on status of outreach efforts and activities.
· Assist in scheduling and planning student events in the state of Texas and nationally as needed.
· Ability to attend school events and talk to prospective candidates about our anesthesia practices in Texas.
· Support the internal project management and execution of our Residency Relations Strategy.
Qualifications
· Prefer 2+ years of recruitment or student/campus relation experience. Healthcare experience is a big plus.
· Bachelor's degree is preferred.
· Solid attention to detail is a must.
· Ability to communicate effectively to key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
· Strong Excel skills with the ability to manipulate data to solve various reporting needs.
· Experience with iCIMS, Beamery, Workday, or similar systems is ideal
· Opportunity to travel up to 10% within Texas.
