Clinical Solutions Leader, Ultrasound
Lead an organization within assigned geography to deploy standard processes for customer education, escalation, service, and sales support. This support spans across the End-to-End customer journey, and it starts with the pre-sales period through the product lifecycle. Contributes to market share growth via retention of installed base and competitive socket flips. Accountable for ensuring the organization meets customer experience, operational metrics, and effective management of the P&L to include meeting or exceeding targets for revenue, recovery, and margins.
Your role:
Collaborate with ULS Business Leader to develop strategies for business success
Collaborate and support the ULS Sales Leadership team in North America and Canada with strategies to grow market share by maintaining current install base and converting competitive sockets
Collaborate and support with Marketing to develop and implement strategies to grow market share and revenue
Collaborate with Global ULS Product Director of Edu. Services & Solutions Delivery to align on support needed from the Global team to drive success in the North America Region (NAR)
Collaborate and support NAR Field Service Leaders to ensure collaboration among the teams, drive strategies for FCOs, NPIs, and installations of new systems and upgrades
Collaborate and support the NAR Operations teams with business strategies to improve processes and met or exceed KPIs for OIT
Collaborate and support the Clinical leaders to ensure KPI targets are met or exceeded
Collaborate and support the Strategic Program Managers with development of strategies to grow the ULS business through development of new programs and offerings
Collaborate and support the Tech Max Program Managers to ensure KPIs are being met and growth of the program Year over Year
Collaborate and support the Sr. Clinical Operations Manager with strategies to drive optimization our processes and automation of our tools to support the needs of the ultrasound business
Collaborate and work with other ULS regions globally to share best practices and gather their best practices to drive global success of for the ULS business
Develop and drive necessary business changes to support growth
Lead the Clinical Solutions organization who collectively are responsible for the End-to-End customer journey including the on-site and off-site customer education teams.
Closely monitor the progress of the Clinical Solutions business to ensure KPIs are being meet or exceeded
Provide coaching and mentoring to direct reports to support their career growth and improvements within their current role.

Work with the leaders to drive Year-over-Year (YoY) improvement in Employee Engagement Scores (EES).
You're the right fit if:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience and education.
Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience.
5+ years in technical or sales environment with demonstrated results in customer management.
Proven experience mentoring and developing a dispersed team on customer relationship management, customer influencing, and problem-solving.
Experience managing a budget including revenue and operational metrics.
Self-starter with the ability to manage competing business priorities and tolerate ambiguity in a demanding environment.
Demonstrated partnership with sales and technical teams.
Excellent influencing, relationship building and problem-solving skills at all levels of an organization.
Proven ability to set priorities, make decisions, and resolve conflicts.
Strong project management, change management and business analysis skills.
Understanding of adult education concepts and process is desired.
Travel up to 40% by car, air or train to customer sites (hospital/medical environment), Philips offices, or other locations for meetings, training and other business needs. Occasional international travel and frequent overnight stays are required.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position is $172,000 to $296,000, annually. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.
