Clinical Service Operational Excellence Specialist

Primary Job Purpose
The Clinical Service Operational Excellence Specialist is responsiblefor assessing, designing and implementing cross-functional processimprovement initiatives throughout Cambia. Provides direct consultationto management and owns deliverables to the various operationscompetitiveness and cost reduction initiatives.
General Functions and Outcomes
Oversees and develops project managers who are responsible for thesuccessful implementation of process and automation improvementprojects.Accountable for the performance and results of cross functionalprocess improvement projects.Manages operational duties to fix and improve operationaldeficiencies.Aggressively works through policy and procedures to achieve resultson-time and within budget.Researches best business practices within and outside theorganization to establish benchmark data.Recommends core process changes to be embedded where appropriate andcontribute to incident solutions inclusive of effecting recommendedtraining, performance coaching and other action talents essential tosustaining improved process outcomes.Explains complex processes and status updates in a manner thatensures understanding at all the leadership levels within theorganization.Performs responsibilities above with an increased degree ofindependence and self-direction. Take initiative to pursuelarger-scope projects.Minimum Requirements
Ability to analyze and measure the effectiveness of existingbusiness processes and develop sustainable, repeatable andquantifiable improvements.Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams to ensureproject objectives are obtained.Demonstrated experience in managing large scale processes andautomation improvement projects.Proven ability to evaluate and implement tools in the market toimprove process and automation.Demonstrated ability to deliver results with short deadlines andminimal supervision.Ability to think analytically, apply analytical techniques and toprovide in-depth analysis and recommendations to management usingcritical thinking and sound judgment.Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, withall levels of leadership.Strong facilitation skills, including the ability to resolve issuesand build consensus among groups of diverse stakeholders.Demonstrated experience in defining core people, process andtechnology strategy.Demonstrated experience in overseeing programs with complexprojects.Proven leadership experience in effectively coaching managementresources to lead project teams and end users.Demonstrated analytical skills, ability to analyze complexsituations, learn quickly and synthesize corresponding solutions,options and action plans.Proven ability to analyze and interpret financial measuresassociated with process improvement, cost modeling and forecasting.Normally to be proficient in the competencies listed above
Clinical Service Operational Excellence Specialist would have a/anBachelor\'s degree in Business Administration and six years ofexperience in leading, developing and managing process improvementinitiatives, process analysis, or a similar position or equivalentcombination of education and experience.

The expected hiring range for a Clinical Service Operational ExcellenceSpecialist is \$109,700 - \$148,400 depending on skills, experience,education, and training; relevant licensure / certifications;performance history; and work location. he bonus target for thisposition is 15%. The current full salary range for this role is\$103,000 - \$168,000.
