We have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Research Manager to join our Critical Care Research Center. The Clinical Research Manager works with the Critical Care Research Center (CCRC) Director to lead the department. The manager is responsible for management and oversight of daily operations for the CCRC. The Center oversees all research activities for the Emergency Medical Services department, the Emergency Department, the Burn Center, the Surgical Intensive Care Unit, the Adult and Pediatric Level 1 Trauma programs, Surgery, ENT, Plastic Surgery, Cardiology, and the Hospital Medicine program. This individual will work collaboratively with the CCRC director and research staff at the HealthPartners Institute to develop and implement new investigator-initiated and industry sponsored trials across the organization. This position will manage and supervise the daily work of clinical research supervisors. A primary job function is to develop and maintain effective working relationships with clinical and administrative staff, as well as applicable regulatory bodies and sponsors. This individual may assist in scientific manuscript preparation, submission, and grant writing. Work Schedule: M-F, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in health-related field Minimum of 3 years supervisory/management experience. Clinical research professional certification preferred (ACRP or SoCRA) Certification/licensure as a health-care professional (EMT-B, EMT-P, emergency/critical care RN, or PA) strongly desired. Current valid driver's license Minimum of 1 year of clinical research experience. Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in public health, Clinical Research, or health administration.
