　　Job Title: Clinical Nutrition Manager

　　Location: Highsmith Rainey Specialty Hospital

　　Sign On Bonus: $2500

　　Aramark Healthcare+ is seeking an experienced and passionate Clinical Nutrition Manager to join our healthcare team at Highsmith Rainey Specialty Hospital. The Clinical Nutrition Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the nutrition care services and programs, providing medical nutrition therapy to patients and working closely with the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality nutritional care for our patients.

　　Highsmith Rainey-Specialty Hospital is a 66-bed long-term acute care hospital that specializes in the treatment of critically ill and medically complex patients that require extensive clinical management.

　　Job Responsibilities

　　Develop and implement nutrition care plans for patients, in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare providersSupervise and mentor the nutrition staff, including registered dietitians and other nutrition professionalsManage the budget and resources for the nutrition care servicesEnsure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards related to nutrition careParticipate in quality improvement activities and lead initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfactionCollaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and pharmacists, to provide comprehensive care to patients

　　Qualifications

　　Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related fieldRegistered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential and current license in the state of North CarolinaMinimum of 2 years of clinical experienceStrong leadership and communication skillsKnowledge of nutrition care processes, regulatory standards, and quality improvement methodologies
